une hôtesse a appelé pour confirmer la réservation et faire part de la fermeture du restaurant et du bruit lié aux travaux. Information également reçue par mail. Nous avons apprécié la démarche. Une personne abordable, à l'écoute cela fait la différence avec d'autres chaines d'hôtel.
